A child panel is a ready-made SMM panel that runs on PanelFollows' main provider infrastructure and is published under your own domain and brand. You do not rent servers, install software or hunt for suppliers; the storefront and the customer relationship are yours, the catalog and the infrastructure are ours.
You work as a prepaid reseller. Your customers pay you through your own payment provider, so their money lands in your account and never passes through PanelFollows. When an order is placed, only its base cost is deducted from the reseller balance you hold on the main panel; the difference between that cost and the price you charge is already in your own cash register. A monthly reseller fee is charged from the same balance.

On the child panel page of your dashboard, enter your panel name, the domain you want to use and your starting markup multiplier, then apply. Applying costs nothing.

Do I need technical knowledge to open a child panel?
No. You do not need to write code, set up servers or manage software. You apply through a short form in your dashboard, and PanelFollows runs the entire infrastructure, including the SSL certificate for your domain.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You specify the domain you want, like panel.yourbrand.com, in your application; once it is approved and pointed at us, your panel is published under it with a free SSL certificate. Each domain can be connected to only one child panel.
Who sets the prices, and can I change my markup later?
You set them, and yes, you can change them. Your customer price is the catalog price multiplied by your markup. You pick that multiplier when you apply and can update it at any time from your panel settings; new orders use the new value immediately.
Who collects the money from my customers?
You do. You connect your own PayTR and/or Cryptomus account to your panel, or publish your own bank transfer instructions. Your customers' payments go directly into your account and never pass through PanelFollows, so your margin sits in your own cash register from the start.
Who processes the orders, and what if my balance runs out?
Orders placed on your panel are forwarded to the main panel and delivered automatically; you never have to find suppliers. Only the base cost of each order is deducted from the reseller balance you keep on the main panel. If that balance is not enough, new orders on your panel are temporarily declined and you are notified, so it pays to keep some balance loaded.
How is the child panel priced?
Applying and setting the panel up are free. There are two costs afterwards: the base cost of every order, taken from your prepaid reseller balance, and a monthly reseller fee, which is 29 USD by default and is set per panel. The fee is charged automatically from the same balance starting 30 days after your panel goes live; if it cannot be collected the panel is suspended, and it reopens automatically as soon as you top up.
