What do order statuses mean?
You can see the current status of every order in your dashboard in real time. There are five basic statuses:
Pending
The order has been received and is waiting in the queue to be processed.
Processing
The order is actively being delivered; the numbers increase gradually.
Completed
The full ordered quantity has been delivered.
Partial
Only part of the order could be delivered; the cost of the remaining part is automatically refunded to your balance.
Cancelled
The order could not be started and was cancelled; the amount is refunded to your balance.

How quickly does an order start?
Most orders start processing within minutes after you confirm them, as long as your balance covers the cost. Start times vary by service; each service description includes an estimated start time, and busy periods can add some delay.
Which payment methods can I use to add funds?
You can add funds with a credit card, cryptocurrency or bank transfer. The balance is stored in your account and you spend it whenever you place an order.
Can I cancel an order?
For orders that have not started yet (Pending), the Cancel button depends on the service: if that service supports cancellation, your request goes straight to the provider; if it does not, you open a support ticket instead. Orders already Processing usually cannot be stopped; for partially completed orders, the cost of the undelivered part is automatically refunded to your balance.
Can I place multiple orders at once?
